The Story of Richard Dean
Richard founded Richard Dean Insurance in 2019 after nearly two decades in the insurance industry. Starting as a file clerk with Nationwide Insurance in 2002, he worked his way through customer service, sales, and leadership roles before joining Allstate in 2007.
Over the years, Richard advanced to Operations Manager and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing multiple agencies and managing teams of 15+ agents. In 2019, he opened his own agency in Lakewood Ranch, building a practice focused on coverage accuracy, consultative service, and long-term client relationships.
Today, Richard leads a team of 25 professionals serving families across Florida. He's been recognized with multiple corporate honors and was recently selected to serve on the Florida District Growth Council for Allstate Insurance.
